Other people already explained this but they seem to be getting downvoted, so I'll try to illustrate what happened here with a picture. First there's two different versions of what happens, what the client thinks and what the server thinks. What matters is what the server thinks. Clients see bullets go in one direction and the server in a different. They used to agree and be the same but now, to combat hacking they don't. You see bullet holes client-sided, and hits and blood splatter server sided.

What you see in your own demos is client sided, thats why in the demo it appears you hit. On the server side, you didn't hit. So now the question becomes, should I have hit? You weren't standing that far away, and you were aiming pretty much dead center at the head, for at least the first two shots.

Each weapon has built in inaccuracy, even with the first shot. Why? So that rifles like the M4 and AK aren't too powerful against other weapons, like Snipers, or pistols against rifles. (And yes, previous version of CS had this as well.)

So is the first hit inaccuracy so high, that you could have missed your first shot(s)? Absolutely, as demonstrated by this picture.

I've roughly highlighted the area where your bullet can land with red and the hitbox with green. As you can see it's very easy for your bullet to miss. Judging just from the area, the head hitbox is maybe about 25% of the entire area. That said, I don't think bullet spread is uniform so there's a higher probability that the bullet will land closer to the center than on the outskirts. Even with that you had maybe a 50% chance to hit, and considering you took multiple shots that probability increases. It is unlikely that you would miss, but it happens, it's by design, and not a bug.

Your following shots after the first two weren't perfectly on the head, there's still a chance that those could've hit as well, just less so.

If the probability of hitting was so high, now the question becomes why me? Why does this always happen to me, why is it happening to people ALL the time?

The real answer? It isn't. There's a couple of reasons why it might appear that this happens more often than it factually (statistically) does. People tend to remember the times they missed (the negative), more than they do the times they did hit (the positive). Also if you're convinced there's a problem with hitreg, you're more likely to believe and seek further information that confirms your position.

Now, we see a lot of posts like these on reddit, and that might make it seem like this happens more often than not, and that's simly because people don't make posts showing how they hit a shot they should've hit, only posts about shots they should've hit but didn't.

The real discussion should be about if the weapon (in)accuracy should be what it is right now, or if valve should tweak it in one way or the other. And that conversation should probably be had in a per weapon basis.

Sorry for the wall of text.

TL; DR: This happened because of inate weapon inaccuracy, not because of bad hitreg.
Помимо этого есть и проблемы с хитбоксами в целом, Валв об этом знают и обещают пофиксить.
