Malakay в стиме нажми свойства именно на Brink, поставь там английский язык.Начнет качать примерно до 4%, переставляй обратно на русский.И все должна пойти.У меня такая же ошибка выскакивала, сделал так, как написал.Проблема исчезла.

С лагами у одного меня проблемы? Захожу какую-нибудь миссию проходить, а там даже двигаться невозможно, просто ужасно лагает, хуже чем в Блек Опсе в день выхода.
