Basically I've done 118/122 stages (only two more boss to go), thousands of ennemies killed, and the trophy never popped-up. Once I'm 100% done with the game, I'll back-up my save delete it, and restart a new game for this trophy, hoping it doesnt glitch twice....but I wanted to inform everyone and maybe ask for an update for the roadmap guide
