Для таких случаев есть хорошие статусы "Отошёл" и "Не беспокоить")
Но всё же посреди беседы просто взять и отойти или перестать отвечать-банально не вежливо. Другое дело, если разговор уже, вроде бы, логически завершён и общение останавливается.
