Они счет пришлют через сутки (а учитывая праздники в Японии, то и того позже). И три дня на оплату. Платишь напрямую (они тебе пишут сумму, пишут мыло и ты сам вручную проводишь через сайт PP). Они адекватны, так что можно в этом плане за счёт не волноваться - не хватит если по истечении 3 суток, то они подождут (пишешь мол у меня проблема с оплатой, дайте пару дней).
