Извлечь файлы в нужные папки:
Файл: singleplayer_ru-ru.tlk ->Dragon Age\modules\single player\data\talktables
Файл: singleplayer_ru-ru_f.tlk ->Dragon Age\modules\single player\data\talktables
Файл: core_ru-ru.tlk >Dragon Age\packages\core\data\talktables
Файл: core_ru-ru_f.tlk ->Dragon Age\packages\core\data\talktables
Папку: ru-ru ->Dragon Age\modules\single player\audio\vo
Папку:ru-ru2 ->Dragon Age\packages\core\audio\vo и убираем цифру "2" в имени папки
Выставляем в лаунчере "русский" и играем
