Скачать программу типа vit registry fix, запустить режим "сканировать", по окончании зайти в закладку программы и очистить от всякого упоминания прототипа (там поймете). Возможна чистка регистра и вручную, но не рекомендую.
Способ хорош еще и тем, что вообще регистр почистите.
Лично не проверял, но сработать должно, так как часто uninstall (особливо пиратский) оставляет много мусора.
