Notes:
Here is global fix for crashes.
If You have HotFix installed then delete/reextract game.
Fix will revamp files so it will take ~1h...
Lets hope Bethesda will patch all those bugs:

Fixing:
Copy files from archive to game folder and run "start_ffix.bat"
