На хардкоре одна из сумок отсутствует(в полицейском участке на 3м этаже, рядом со статуей). Хз зачем так было сделано, типа если хочешь все ачивки, то будь добр играй на среднем, хардкор не для этого. Могли бы просто её в другом месте положить.
