You must have played #FUT12 between Mar 7th - Sept 12th (and created a security question) to access the #FUT13 Web App early.
Returning users will be given gift packs each day of early Web App access. Extra packs will be given to our most dedicated #FUT12 users.

Access is available for those who have created a security question between March 7th up to September 12th (so If you've played between these dates, you're in)
